I have a strong desire for exploring cultures around the world. I do this primarily through writing and photography.  I am sharing these passions here because I have seen too much beauty in the world to keep it to myself, and maybe I can inspire others to get out to meet people and explore. 

Over the years I have learned that traveling is not always about going places far away that few have been, but it's about being anywhere and seeing things that many have not seen. I hope my photography shows this.  I try to take photographs that make the viewer wonder what happens next and convey the idea that it's about the journey.
